The minimum age to begin scuba diving is 10 years old. Children aged 10-14 can earn a Junior Open Water Diver certification, which can be upgraded to an adult certification at age 15.
2. Do I need to know how to swim to scuba dive?

Basic swimming skills are required. You should be comfortable in the water and able to swim 200 meters (any style) and float or tread water for 10 minutes.
3. What is PADI, and why is it important?

PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) is the world's leading scuba diving certification organization. Being PADI certified means you’ve completed a globally recognized program that ensures you have the skills and knowledge to dive safely.
4. How long does it take to get scuba certified?
​
The PADI Open Water Diver course usually takes 3-4 days to complete. It includes theory sessions, confined water training, and four open water dives.
5. What if I have a medical condition? Can I still dive?
​
Some medical conditions may prevent you from diving, but many can still dive with a doctor's approval. Before enrolling in a course, you'll be asked to complete a medical questionnaire. If there are any "Yes" answers, you must consult a doctor for clearance.
6. What should I bring on a dive trip?

For day trips, bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, and any personal dive gear (if you have it). If you’re renting equipment, we’ll provide everything you need, including a mask, snorkel, fins, BCD, regulator, and wetsuit.
7. Do you provide equipment rental?

Yes, we offer full equipment rental for all dives, including mask, snorkel, fins, BCD, regulator, and wetsuit. Equipment rental is included in most of our dive packages.
8. Can I go snorkeling if I’m not certified to scuba dive?

Absolutely! Our dive trips are also open to snorkelers, and we provide all necessary gear. It’s a great way to explore the underwater world if you're not ready for scuba diving.
9. What kind of marine life can I expect to see in the UAE and Oman?
​
The waters around the UAE and Oman are home to an abundance of marine life, including turtles, stingrays, reef sharks, and vibrant coral reefs. On certain trips, you might even spot whale sharks, dolphins, or eagle rays.
10. How do I book a dive course or trip?

11. What is your cancellation policy?
​
For day trips, cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. For multi-day trips, cancellations must be made at least one week prior to the trip to receive a full refund. Please refer to our terms for more details.
12. Can I dive if I wear glasses or contact lenses?
​
Yes! Many divers wear contact lenses while diving, but prescription dive masks are also available for those who need them. Let us know in advance if you'd like to rent one.
13. Is scuba diving safe?

Scuba diving is a safe activity when done correctly and following the proper guidelines. All our courses and dive trips are led by certified instructors who prioritize safety and ensure you are trained and prepared for each dive.
14. Can I dive if I’m pregnant?
​
It is not recommended to scuba dive while pregnant due to potential risks to both the mother and baby. It’s best to wait until after pregnancy to start or continue diving.
15. What is the difference between a PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience and a certification course?
​
The PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience is a quick, introductory dive session for those who want to try scuba diving but are not ready to commit to a full certification. The PADI Open Water Diver course is a full certification program that teaches you everything you need to dive independently.
16. What’s included in the dive trip pricing?
​
Most of our dive trip packages include guided dives, equipment rental, refreshments on the boat, and the diving permit. Travel and accommodation are not included unless specified.
17. Can I dive during my holiday if I’m already certified?
​
Yes, if you're already certified, you can join any of our fun dive trips. Simply bring your certification card or provide your diver number, and we’ll take care of the rest!
